- Abstract: In the work, we study the critical behavior of the ''lambda''phi pot.4'' and ising models. We develop a perturbative theory for the ''lambda''phi pot.4'' model in finite lattices that fields good results and shows that the model is better understood as having a single broken-symmetric phase. We use cosmological models. We calculate an expansion for the expectation value of the field in the ising model and demonstrate that it is possible to obtain non-classical critical exponents if we calculate the n 'SETA' in an appropriate way. Finally, we demonstrate that the introduction of small fluctuations in the boundary of a finite lattice improves its prediction for the critical temperature
